One afternoon, a woman living in the suburbs of Chicago found a box on her porch. To her surprise there was a tiny kitten inside, and he had a wound on his neck so she immediately took him to the vet. The vet took one look into the kitten big eyes and immediately fell in love and decided to adopted the tiny kitten and name him Porg, after the big-eyed creatures on Star Wars.
The vet would later find out Porg suffered from a genetic condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. This is a rare condition which causes cats to have loose fragile skin. Because of this, Porg often wears clothes to protect his skin and make him feel more comfortable.
