So, cats in Japan are being given funny anime eyes by their owners, and it’s perfection. Cat owners put their artistic skills to the test by drawing animated eyes on strips of paper. They then strategically place them over the their cat’s eyes. And wa-la! The mouth expressions combined with the eye expressions, is almost too perfect 🙂
