Ron Williams is alive today, it’s all thanks to his cat newly adopted cat, Fluffy.
“And I looked at him and I just, hey, I just fell in love with him.”
Same to other cat owners, Ron talks to his cat a lot. “The phone would ring, and I’d say `ring-a-ding, ring-a-ding.` and I didn’t know he’d pick up on it.”
While getting out of the shower, Ron slipped and fell. His cell phone and life alert were out of reach since his bathroom door was almost closed. He agonized on the floor for 16 hours. Fortunately, Ron was lucky, Fluffy was also in the room. “So, I said `Fluffy, ring-a-ding. Ring-a-ding, Fluffy.` and I says `You’re my only hope.` and he was. It wasn’t even five minutes later, I felt something hit my hand. And I’m here because of it.”
Fluffy got Ron’s phone and delivered it to him. Happy to say, Ron only suffered some bruising. “He’s my hero, and he always will be.”
