According to studies, 3.4 million cats do not have a home. This is pretty upsetting since they might be abandoned, stray, etc. How heartbreaking! This, sadly, isn’t uncommon.
This cat here is one of them. People in the neighborhood told two cat rescuers that a kitten was crying just near the construction site. So they came to check on the kitten quickly. When they arrived at the place, the kitten was exposed to the sun and was crying. The kitten was crying loudly because of fear. They were thinking that the kitten was already here for hours, exposed to the sun.
It looked very hot, the kitten seemed to need water. They thought that it would be dangerous for the kitten to stay exposed to the sun for a long time. It looked very exhausted, poor guy.
So they’ve decided to rescue the kitten. The kitten thought that they were a threat, so it tried to hold the tent tightly.
They’ve managed to put the kitten on a towel. But when they started moving, the kitten started to cry again. When there’s a loud noise nearby, the kitten would cry louder. It bit one of the rescuers who were handling him because of fear.
They went to a clinic to check if everything was good with the cat’s health. Fortunately, the cute kitten was healthy. They also figured out that he was a male.
When they first got home, he was always alone in the corner and didn’t come out for a while. They decided to call him “Haru”. Unexpectedly, when they came back to the room again, Haru came out of the corner. It seems like Haru is getting used to his new home.
During his first night, Haru would start crying if they were out of sight. He would get nervous when no one is next to him. So they’ve decided to bring him to bed. He fell asleep on the rescuer’s arm. So cuteeeeee. He was scared to sleep alone. It’s so cute seeing him sleep with his rescuers. It must have been hard adjusting to a new home. But we can see Haru opening up his heart, very touching.
